I shopped around at multiple dealers before proceeding with Coggins. They had the most competitive prices, beating other dealerships in the area by about $2,000 on a 2024 4Runner. Brian Oakley did whatever was needed to ensure that everything was taken care of properly, and with the help of Sarah, Heather, and the entire Coggins staff, they've definitely created a life long customer out of me, and an excellent example of why I feel this way, is because their Business Manager Heather Pauquette informed me about refunds that I was eligible for, that I wouldn't have known about if she hadn't, and that type of assistance isn't in her job description, but does go right along with the level of effort that Coggins entire staff puts into ensuring their customers satisfaction.
