I always appreciate the work I receive from Sendell Subaru. The service people are always friendly and helpful and I can rely on the work done by the mechanics. Although I did purchase my current vehicle at a different dealership their service is no way near the consideration and friendliness I receive at Sendell.

Friendly staff, quick service appointment. Waited at the dealership. Accommodations were comfortable; vehicle was taken to garage at appointment time (no waiting). Oil change/tire rotation, and complimentary car wash in under 40 minutes. 5/5

I found this place after another dealership couldn’t fit me in on an important issue. The service reps are amazing and will go out of their way to keep you in the loop on the progress of your car. The only reason I didn’t give out five stars, the multipoint inspection wasn’t done and didn’t notice I actually needed tires (belts were showing) and was in the shop twice last week. This is why I use a service center to catch things like this.
