I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I was coming in looking to sell my paid off 2023 Honda civic and wanted a brand new jeep wrangler in exchange. Bob Johnson's service dept is pretty good. They do go out of their to help with any issues to the best of their ability. Just be sure to check your invoice for unnecessary charges. I recently had them change out my tires for my winter treads, keeping my summer tires for next year. They inadvertently included a tire surcharge on my invoice. I asked about it since I had brought my tires with me and kept the ones they took off and they immediately removed the extra charges.
From getting an inspection to buying a vehicle I have never received anything but exceptional customer service and a very relaxed environment. I have never felt pressured to buy anything and the deals Ive been given are drastically lower than anyone else Ive been to. Their inventory selection is phenomenal.
