We cannot say enough good things about the experience we had buying a new car from LUV Kia. I was hoping to get a very specific Kia K5 and they (working closely with Jeff C. on it) were able to get me a new 2025 build from the factory ... and earlier than planned. I had every light on my dashboard going off. I drove to the dealership immediately so they could address the issue. They identified the problem and the next day, upon request, I was given a comparable brand new loaner vehicle with no questions asked and I had this vehicle until the work on my telluride was done. Just picked up My car and it’s driving as it should with no issues! LUV Kia also surprised me with an excellent detail and my car looks show room clean!
