2019 RAM 1500 Classic Express 4x4 Quad Cab 6'4

I was camping at a KOA in the White Mountains and had a check engine light come on. I called this dealership in the morning and Kathy had me in by 9am to diagnose defective DEF heater which had to be repaired or I faced possible shutdown on the highway while pulling a large 5th wheel camper. I had to check out of the camp by next day so this was very timely. Berlin City GMC had parts shipped to them by the next morning. They said it would be repaired by 1pm, but it was ready when I got there by 10am! I had other items addressed by Spencer while it spent the night, and was prepped for the DEF parts in advance. My entire experience with Kathy and Spencer was pleasant, professional, and the service was performed beyond my expectations!

After reaching out to almost every dealership in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, and having absolutely no luck finding a vehicle that worked for me, I stumbled upon Berlin City, and a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but I was connected to Zack, and he helped make the buying process super easy and simple! He answered every question I had, and walked me through the entire process primarily by text. He even got an appraisal on my trade in before I drove to the dealership! Once I got to the dealership, I took the car for a test drive, and knew it was 100% what I was looking for. The in-person process was just as simple as my virtual interaction, and within a few hours I was heading back to Maine with my new car. In the Covid world, it is so hard to find anything these days, like finding a needle in a haystack, but I'm glad I stumbled upon this place.
