I am the owner of an appliance repair service in Portland, Oregon. Due to an accident that I was involved in with my 2015 ram pro master city, my service van. I desperately needed to find a replacement vehicle based on settlement money that my insurance company agreed to pay me based on the value of it, to get a replacement vehicle. I searched far and wide between Portland, Oregon, Salem, Oregon, and surrounding vicinity’s . Unfortunately, vehicles like mine that were my year and in some cases even had more miles on them than my original one, they were asking way too much money for. I decided to start looking out of state, and came across JJ‘s auto sales in Wenatchee Washington. They had a beautiful 2018 ram pro master city model that was being sold at a good value, and looked like was in good shape. Christina, Michael, Shane, and the staff at JJ’s auto sales were fantastic. I have never purchased a vehicle site unseen. They were very helpful in sending me all the pictures, everything I needed to know about it, and even drove it over to an independent mechanic to check it out for me. They were patient, understanding, and cooperative, because this transaction did take a little bit of time. But we finally got it done. For having to deal with buying a vehicle out of state, JJ‘s auto sales was one of the most professional, and pleasant experiences, dealing with an auto dealership I’ve had. And when I did receive the vehicle, it was everything, and in some cases even better than I could’ve imagined. My thanks to Christina and the entire staff at JJ’s auto sales for this wonderful experience. I have a great vehicle, And it will be an excellent service van. I highly recommend JJ‘s auto sales for anybody in Washington, and Oregon, looking for a good quality used vehicle.
