2014 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Quad Cab

I ordered a new 2024 F-150 through these folks. The initial salesperson Kendra was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. General Manager Adam and I quickly worked out a competitive purchase price and a fair offer for my trade-in. When my vehicle was delivered, Matt efficiently completed the paperwork with no complications, and salesperson Justin offered to help me work through the rather complex menu of on-board electronics. I stopped by Northwoods Ford, to take a look at the 2023 Explorers. After looking around I went in and was greeted by Kendra. She was very willing to show me the vehicles, I went to see, answer my questions, take on a few test drives. To summarize, I got just the amount of help I wanted, without the pushy sales person. I went back the next day and bought a new Explorer. Also Matt was very helpful, in me getting a first responders rebate. They made it a great buyer experience !

The Quick Lane there is awesome...service manager is friendly, pays attention to detail and he knows the customers. Great techs. Professional. A great service center where I have been coming for years to take care of my Ford and Chevy trucks. A class act!
