2019 Subaru crosstrek I had to have my 2015 Hyundai towed up there because of a possible blown engine. This car sat at another dealership for over a week never being looked at and me borrowing other people's cars to get to work. Fuccillo Imports put me in a loaner and kept in touch with me about my car. It ended up being a blown engine, even though it was under warranty I didn't want to fight to get it replaced. I decided it was time to let my Hyundai go, it broke my heart cause I loved that car. But my WONDERFUL salesman RANDY HEMINGWAY and his manager KEVIN helped me get out from under my Hyundai and into the car I wanted a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. It was quick and easy, car was ready when I arrived, paper work ready to sign. In and out in maybe half hour. I would of loved to have met Kevin to thank him as well but he was busy when I left.
