Very happy with the customer service and work done here. Jess helped me out when I came in early morning on 2/6/24. Got me set up quickly for what I needed to get done, and showed me where I could wait and enjoy a cup of coffee. Estimated me to wait an hour and was out in that time that was promised and able to get to work on time. He explained everything that was done and went over key points regarding my cars condition. Jess is very knowledgeable and guided me to where I needed to go, it was the smoothest experience at a dealership I’ve ever had since owning a Honda (1st purchased one in 2016). I live in Citrus Heights but work in Auburn and had 2 bad experiences at the future Honda in Citrus Heights so I’m glad I found this place. Will definitely be back for services here again.
