UGH! The daunting process of purchasing a new vehicle is no doubt exhausting. After my first visit to Volkswagen I was impressed with our sales consultant Oscar. He was informative, honest and made us feel very comfortable. He assisted us with a very large decision and we are very happy with our purchase. The overall vibe at the dealership is really cool, they have various beverages, candy, snacks, basketball and even ping pong. The staff are super upbeat and the manager Peter is really fun to small-talk with. Shout out to the detailing squad for making sure my vehicle was spotless right at closing time. Another honorable mention to Laura, the finance guru who really knows her stuff. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were completely taken care of and I was met at the front entrance with a huge red bow on my new vehicle, it is really about the details for me. Really appreciate the above and beyond service! I will be recommending to family and friends when they make their next car purchase. THANKS ALL!

I brought my adult son in to make his first purchase from a dealership. He had found the car that he was interested in online and we had a great experience with communicating with Navy. She grabbed the keys for us when we told her we were on our way, so no one else would get the car. That was really awesome! When we arrived, Navy passed us on to Nevin. The test drive was great. Nevin is very personable and professional. All around, a sweet-natured young man. We had a smooth purchase, with practically no hang-ups. This is my second car I’ve bought here. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, making the process as simple and quick as possible. Jimmy helped us this time and was so wonderful to work with. He kept the car buying process fun and enjoyable, answering all questions, providing wonderful insight and info about all the cars and was so accommodating understanding our needs.
