2018 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Quad Cab 6'4

We just bought a brand new 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 to replace my husband’s personal work truck. We own a business with approximately 7 trucks and purchase a new truck about every 2 years. Our usual dealership was at least $8000 more for the same truck. Scott at Medina was awesome to work with! We did all the paperwork through email and had the truck delivered to our home and never had to take off work or drive there in person. Will definitely look to them for our next vehicle!

I was very pleased with the entire experience at Medina Auto Mall / Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. My salesman, Brad, went above and beyond throughly explaining everything and understanding what I was looking for. I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass and I know, without a doubt, that I will be returning to this dealership in the future when the time comes around again to purchase another vehicle. Not only did Medina Auto Mall have the trim package I was looking for but had several on their lot in different colors to choose from. I also feel that the negotiation process and coming to agreements is what most people would want to experience when making such an important purchase and investment. Detailing the vehicle, filling up the gas tank, responding to texts within a minute or two are all things that a buyer remembers when buying a new car. I know my experience was great and I know that I will do business with them in the future!
