I'd like to share my personal experience here. I recently purchased a used pickup truck from Northwest Auto Mall. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and smooth Paul made the buying process. They don't use high pressure sales tactics and push crazy scam tactics that most car dealers use. Paul answered all my questions showed me the carfax report and explained all the available options. Absolutely fantastic experience with this dealership. I have been burned by places like this before so I was a little apprehensive at first. Everyone there is pleasant and seemed generally happy to help you. Most importantly they are honest and upfront. We picked out a vehicle that worked for us at a great price. Instead of letting us just drive off like some places would they kept to vehicle for a few days to make sure everything was working correctly. There was a minor issue when we brought it home, they took it in no questions asked and fixed it within a day. They assured me if anything else happens just bring it in and they will take care of it. I hope not to need another car for quite some time. But when I do I know where I'll be going.
