2018 RAM 1500 SLT 4x4 Quad Cab 6'4

Wow, I am so beyond impressed by the level of customer service and care I have received. I called on Saturday with a question about my vehicle and spoke to Savannah, she was so helpful and knowledgeable I was feeling very optimistic about bringing my car in for service. She scheduled me to come in, I had a few more questions and she said that someone would call me back. Well sure enough about half an hour later Kirk called and answered all of my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable as well! Even with my incredibly technical descriptions he seemed to understand me lol. When I came in Kirk was there waiting for me and got me all checked in and on my way. When I say the level of customer service is top notch I’m not kidding, I will definitely be bringing my car back here! Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience!! 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough!!!

Kevin did an amazing job start to finish. I live in Parker and chose to drive to Stevinson based on my interactions specifically with Kevin Kramer. Kevin was accommodating, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He said his job was to get me what I wanted which is not the experience I had at other dealers. He is by far the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. Additionally I felt the transaction was smooth and pricing very fair for my order and trade. Thank you Kevin. My first Chevy but won’t be my last and I will only work with Kevin for future purchases.

My dad is elderly and kept saying he would go to the dealership when he felt better. I contacted the dealership specifically requesting that I could take care of the purchase electronically.
