He really took the time to understand my needs and gave me honest, no-pressure advice. I came in for one car but left with an even better one (I’m still pinching myself!). And let's talk about Bethany! She's literally a finance wizard with a golden personality. She explained everything clearly and patiently, and I even got a surprise: a lower monthly payment than I had expected! Talk about a win. Great presentation of a used car. To this point TOTALLY satisfied. Mike my salesperson was great. From a quick initial contact, to the minute I drove into the lot, he was very professional and responsive. For a cash transaction the closing process was a bit strung out. Only customer on property. Business Manager wasn't ready for a bit. Probably busy eating the BBQ I watched her get delivered? She knew that the deal was done, yet was more concerned about her lunch apparently-at least as a customer that appeared to be the case! Drove 3 hours to get car. Think processing of a deal- especially when the only 1 on site should override someone eating their lunch? Or whatever she was doing. She saw us see her getting lunch delivered, got alerted to a cash deal being done, yet she was unavailable for some time.
