I went to Quality916 as I was looking for another work truck. I came from Oroville. I worked with Chetty where he took my license to allow for test drive. I loved the test drive and we started paperwork. Well insurance hadn’t sent me proper paperwork but he assured me he will hold the truck for me while I got the paperwork together. It took me a few days to get back to him but being worried he might sale it anyways based on past experience with other dealerships I had to give him a call just to check. Bought a high mileage work truck from here and it’s in excellent condition for its age and mileage. My kids love it. Very clean and professional business. They really took care of me. Furthermore, about a week after we bought the vehicle, we realized the back seats didn’t have seat belt buckle receivers. I called Chetty on a Saturday and he immediately apologized and told me to bring the car in on Monday. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed with no hassle, no argument, and no extra fees.
