I called Williams Auto to inquire about a specific truck I was interested in and Geoff answered the phone. His initial kind demeanor on the phone was welcoming. He worked with me every step of the way. Literally! From the starting phone call to the finishing handshake. He was so professional, helpful, kind, and very thorough and a joy to be around. He answered all my questions and he never rushed or pushed me or any sale on me. He was informative and knowledgable. I didn't purchase the truck I initially called about and test drove. I took another truck for a drive, and then a third one. The third one suited me best. A black 2013 Dodge Ram single cab, short-box, with a Hemi. I traded my car for it and I'm glad I did. I already used the truck box the very next day to haul some items. This truck is comfortable and just the right size for me. It runs great!
