Only critique is I needed to spend $191.00 the next day for a 2nd key fob from local locksmith because dealer only provided one key fob. I wasn't able to order it from Mazda dealer because the Mazda service center closed a few minutes before we finished signing the contract for our 2021 Mazda. *** I should have negotiated a 2nd key fob into the deal. It was verbally stated that there were two before signing papers. *** Not sure why any Mazda dealership who can make a 2nd key fob on the spot would let a customer leave with a used Mazda only 3 years old and not provide two key fobs, especially when the same customer can walk 50 feet from the showroom to the service desk and purchase one for a few hundred dollars from the same Mazda dealer. Would I buy here again? Yes.

My husband and I had a really good experience at this dealership today. Communicated with Dariusz K., Internet Director, from my initial inquiry on the dealership website. He was very communicative and respectful of our time, and answered all questions asked without the usual run around or sales tactics used by many others. He had the car we came to see cleaned and ready for us out front when we arrived and our trade evaluated while we were out on a test drive.
