2013 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Crew Cab

I reached out to this company about a unit on their lot. Although I didn’t purchase the unit as it was sold before I was able to make contact. However I want to make it a point to give them an outstanding review based on their customer service!! I wish 1/100th of the businesses had this places customer service level! I sent a message about the unit Friday evening around 10pm while the business was closed. I called the business at 802am when they opened on Saturday morning. The person that answered the phone (Mark) told me that the unit was spoken for but if anything happened where the deal could fall through that he would call me. But Mark didn’t stop there! He told me the good and bad about the unit while I was on the phone and said he would reach out to the buyer and see if they were serious. Thinking ok I’ll never hear back. Nope! Mark immediately called me back but unfortunately for me the buyer was on their way to pick the unit up. The follow up call alone was enough to make me a solid future customer BUT MARK TOOK IT A STEP FURTHER he responded to all of my messenger messages from the night before letting me know that the unit had sold not knowing that we had already spoke on the phone earlier that morning. I cannot say enough how important this type of follow through is with businesses these days. A +++ MARK! I haven’t even bought anything from them YET but I have their web page saved and they will have a future customer here!!!

My husband I just bought a truck from here and had wonderful service from Scott. We enjoyed working with him because he wasn't like a typical car salesman trying to pressure us into buying anything. He gave us a fair trade in price on our old car and made sure we checked everything out with the truck we got before we bought it. Was a very honest guy and super easy to work with.
