2015 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Crew Cab

Duncan motors, I had a very good experience with this dealership. Traveled from Chicago to Buffalo via Amtrak. Pick up by a man named Jack . Very kind and friendly. In fact I feel I made a new friend.Had a nice conversation about our families and experiences for that half hour ride to the dealership. He spoke highly of Chris one of the owners. When we arrived the car was warming up for my journey home. Jack escorted me into the office where Chris was finishing up with some business. The whole experience with Chris from prior phone calls to texts etc.we’re all done promptly and completely. Chris delivered his word . When finished with our business I got ready to leave I received a friendly hug from Jack and firm hand shake from Chris and went on my way. But after I left I lost a hubcap and also realized an issue with passenger mirror ? The car drove well all the way back home with no issues ????????. The next morning I sent a video to Chris explaining the issues I encountered. Chris reimbursed me for the cost of mirror and hubcap. ????????????????????????. Also his secretary Candy was very knowledgeable and informative for the whole transaction. By the way this car is a very clean 1997 Buick Riviera which are very hard to find in it’s pristine condition. Way to go Duncan Motors. Thanks again. Happy car enthusiast!

Chris sold me a great truck at a reasonable price, didn't pressure me in any way, gave me a fair trade in price, made the sale easy. And took care of a minor issue with the truck even after sale when he didn't have to. Highly recommend them.
