2017 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

Very happy with my Jeep service. Got in on short notice, was greeted in the parking lot by a young lady who pointed me to the service bay. Once parked I was immediately met and shown to my service writer. They accomplished everything I wanted in a very short time and there was no upsell or pressure to do additional items I didn't ask for. The text and video updates as the service was being done was an unexpected extra. Once the service neared completion, they finished the paperwork and billing so when everything was completed I got my keys and drive off without any wasted time. If I am in the area again when I need scheduled maintenance you will be my first call.

They were genuinely friendly, helpful, no high pressure sales. The building was clean, open, easy to find. They offered to send me directions to the dealership. The vehicle was true to how it was presented online. They answered all my questions online by text message and in person. They were honest. The Doug Smith dealerships were recommended to me by some friends and I highly recommend Doug Smith. They washed vehicle before I drove it home. The 3 free services I get from them will be so very helpful. I will buy another vehicle from them if needed.

Brett was awesome! he helped me get into the jeep i've been wanting for a long time! The same day I reached out to him the deal was done. It was on a Saturday and he even came to my home to get some papers signed by my wife who was home with our newborn. We appreciated it so much! he made everything really easy and quick.
