After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Tim at Brickner Motors. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and sold me exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Tim and Brickner Motors! It was a little over an hour drive for me and worth every minute. I will definitely buy from Tim again when I am ready! I absolutely love my new Pacifica!!!

Tim at Little Chicago was great to work with. Answered all questions I had. Worked with me and kept in touch while financing went through.

After looking in our town, Appleton and Fon DuLac, we came across an ad for a vehicle we might be interested in. Our experience at other car dealerships was not a pleasant experience and I was becoming disheartened with purchasing a vehicle. Dehumanizing is a “thing” and I wish the younger generations expected more when they purchase a big ticket item. I was pleasantly surprised to talk to Scott on the phone as he took the time to answer my questions and we made a time for a test drive. Scott took the time to show me all the electronics and what the vehicle could do. We purchased the vehicle and are really happy with our experience! Thank you Brickner Family Motors we really appreciate the small things your dealership did for our buying experience. Ladies, not once did Scott turn to talk to my husband about something he didn’t think I would know or care about.
