Bought a pickup from Kaden. Everyone here seems like a great group of people. They fixed a small chip in the windshield at their expense and in under 30 minutes. Got a great deal on a quality truck.

I know the owners of this business personality and I can testify that they have character, integrity and are honest. They are great friends that are always willing to help. I wish we lived closer so we could take our vehicles in for service and get detailed. Give them an opportunity to earn your business, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Completely satisfied with the service I received today! I recently took my car in to a different shop in town for an oil change and requested my brakes be inspected as well (brake wear light was on and was beginning to audibly notice signs of wear). Said shop said my brakes were okay and sent me on my way. I know nothing about cars so I tend to take the word of professionals. However, my brakes worsened and I finally found Flagship, scheduled an appointment, and brought it in. The gentleman who took my call was friendly and informative, quoting price and how long I could expect to be without my vehicle. I was met with smiling faces and a place for my kids to play while we waited. When all was said and done, the price matched the estimate I was given (which I really appreciate!) On top of that, the technician brought in the old brake pads, sensors, etc and took the time to explain to me how they work, what was wrong with them, and how long to expect the replacements to last. No one was condescending in their delivery of information which I seldom encounter as a woman in these situations.
