I typically dread talking to car dealers and buying a car, and was absolutely shocked at how easy and smooth buying a car from Volvo of Perrysburg was. There was no ridiculous haggling and negotiating back and forth, nor shady tactics. I had been searching for the right car for months and had some bad experiences at other dealerships. Michael Ludwig helped me locate exactly the car that I had been looking for and offered me a fair price on the car, without ever having to step foot on the lot. When my car arrived at the dealership, I simply went in, signed for it and left with my new car. Even though I had to drive an hour to get there, and passed several dealers along the way, I would do it again! Thank you Michael and your team for making this such a pleasant car buying experience.

Michael was fantastic every step of the way. He helped us find our perfect Volvo, quickly and efficiently. Exceptional service!!! Candace Snyder had several cars lined up for me to test drive before I got there. She was not pushy and let me take all the time I needed in making a decision. My first time leasing a car and I chose a Volvo. Two years into my lease, I got a flat tire on Father's Day on my way home from visiting my Father's grave site.
