Shaun was very friendly and straightforward, he got me into a used Toyota Rav4 Hybrid (trade-in) at a great price with no theatrical haggling. This was not my first car purchase, but it was my first time financing a car and he gave me thorough answers to my many questions. Shout out to the Team at Dwayne Lanes in Arlington. Especially Tom in the service department. We had a difficult situation with a warranty (purchased elsewhere). We needed a transmission and they took our truck in, helped assist with the warranty from a different sales lot and not only that, Tom was professional, reliable, returned all of our many phone calls.
