No pressure to buy any unnecessary extended warranty packages, a lifetime of oil changes, or any of the things a dealer tries to talk you into. I purchased my vehicle online and it was exactly as they described. They sent me a video of the vehicle to ensure everything was legit- and it was all good. Pricing was more than fair. Their service was genuinely friendly- makes me wish their dealership was in my hometown! (I am almost 1,000 miles away) If anyone is purchasing a vehicle anywhere near Great Falls, MT I would highly recommend them.

Customer service was very good. Car Fax was easily available for the vehicle we were interested in. We were quite pleased with the trade-in value that was offered for the vehicle we wanted to trade. Financing set-up went well & quicker than expected. I would definitely refer others to shop at Taylor's Auto Max. We drove 6 hours one way to return to trade vehicles.
