I recently visited a Jeep dealership in Bloomington, IN and was fortunate enough to work with an amazing advisor, Brandon Craig. He took the time to thoroughly explain the urgent need for attention to both my front and rear differentials which I agreed to have repaired. Unfortunately, it came to my attention that the Chapman Jeep dealership in Scottsdale, AZ neglected to carry out the necessary work even though I was charged for it. I was lucky to have the assistance of Brandon and the talented mechanics at Community Jeep who provided evidence of the neglected work. I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service in preparing my vehicle for a long-distance trip and helping me seek a refund from the negligent Chapman Jeep dealership in Scottsdale, AZ.
