2015 RAM 1500 Crew Cab

Another edit to my review. After posting this, Faris reached out and covered the cost of the work that my grandpa did. That right there says a lot about this dealership. I truly believe that they honestly did not know that there was some stuff wrong with the truck and I can not say how grateful I am that they went out of their way to make it right, not only once but twice. That right there shows what kind of dealership you’d be buying a vehicle from, one that cares about making you happy and safe, one that goes out of their way to make things right. I highly recommend Barood Auto Sales. Editing my review, I’m leaving 5 stars because I still love the truck and I’m glad that I bought it, everyone was nice. But I am very glad that my grandpa is a mechanic… I took the truck to my grandpa to get it checked over and to check out why the check engine light came on 3 days after buying the truck. Turned out there were a couple bigger problems than just the check engine light, the evap leak was the least of the problems. He told me absolutely DO NOT put the truck in 4 wheel drive, the front axels were loose and it wouldn’t take much for them to give out. There were also loose bolts on the exhaust manifold. We called the dealership and they agreed to pay for the issues, which I’m thankful for, but we had to take it to their mechanic. The mechanic that the truck was taken to in Sacramento added some axel clips and JB welded the bolts on to the exhaust manifold, so I wound up just taking it back to my grandpa to fix the exhaust manifold the right way. When I took it back to my grandpa the JB weld had already started failing. Now that that’s taken care of I haven’t had any issues with it. Still love the truck, still recommend this dealership. I wasn’t expecting a perfect truck buying used so I wasn’t completely shocked by the few issues, and I am glad that I got it checked before going into 4 wheel drive. I’m thankful that they took care of some of the issues and had good customer service. Original review Highly recommend. Faris is very nice, it was a smooth and easy process buying this clean truck.
