We are thankful for this dealership! After looking for weeks to get into something we finally drove to Denton to check them out! We definitely recommend them and the person to go to is Ryan Rector! Ryan was so patient and kind even though we had 3 little ones with us! He explained everything to us and definitely was not pushy like how most other salesman are! We told Ryan exactly what we wanted and price range and made sure we got that and beyond! I had a great experience with every service person I spoke with from the time I called in to schedule service to when I picked up my vehicle. Zach was very helpful in assessing what I needed. I really liked the texting option where the service advisor would keep me posted of the progress, and I could communicate with them. The video diagnosis of what needed work really helped me to see the issues for myself. When I picked up my vehicle, Chris was extremely personable and would rank 10/10 in customer service! They made the process easy, and I’m actually looking forward to the next time I need to take my car in.

I am a repeat customer. They are not pushy at all-just helpful, knowledgeable, and they work to get you in the right vehicle for you. They have a fantastic selection, but it’s the service (and incredible patience recently through a misunderstanding that was my fault!) that makes me a loyal customer. We are lucky to have them in Denton!
