2019 RAM 1500 Limited Crew Cab 5'7

Picked up my new 2024 X5 M60i yesterday from BMW North Scottsdale. I worked directly with Scott Bilgo from the very beginning and he made this the absolutely easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I ordered and individual color and Scott was able to get that order put in right away and approved by BMW NA without any delay. Scott’s customer service and response time were amazing. When it came time to finally take delivery of my new X5, Scott had me in and out of the dealership in an hour and it was a no fuss process. I’ll never buy another BMW that isn’t from Scott so long as he continues to keep selling cars and I will absolutely be recommending any friends and family looking for a new BMW over to him.

This was our first BMW purchase and BMW North Scottsdale was simply amazing. We worked Omar Nava for sales. He was very informed about the vehicle, easy to communicate with, and helpful through the whole process. When it came time to finalize the deal and work through all paperwork, I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the process. From “yes let’s close this deal” to having everything completed was under an hour. No serious sales pressure from start to finish. This would Be my absolute go-to place for a BMW.
