To preface, I hate the process of buying cars only to deal with over-eager and aggressive sales people. That being said, I had the a very pleasant experience at Cabral. From Rob who gave me a quote through text when I got home knowing I was in no rush to buy. To Tyler who was very friendly, prompt and advocating. To Jason, who was very reasonable and professional in meeting my expectations and to Clint, who vas very efficient and seamless with the finalization of the deal. To the little chihuahua running around asking for pets helping in getting rid of some anxiety in the buying process. I highly recommend this dealership.

First off I want Thank Elena in the Service Department for giving us the best customer service I've had in a long time!!! And she speaks Spanish too.. We brought my sons 2015 Jeep Cherokee in the beginning of December 2023 into the dealership not knowing what was wrong with it... (That was scary) I called this Jeep dealership based on their good Google reviews. He purchased his 2015 Jeep Cherokee from a private person. (That was a big mistake! My son is a honest trustful person. He believed the person when he was told that the vehicle ran great and that it had just been serviced... He did test drive it and it ran good that day.) The check engine light came on the day after he bought it. When we used our code reader it showed multiple codes that were not good. When we brought his Jeep in to find out the problems they went through the entire vehicle and found that it had almost no oil and there were 3 recalls on that vehicle. So to make a great long story short, they fixed the recall issues and did a full service. His Jeep is running perfect now. We are so happy that they took such good care of his vehicle! He will be back soon for an oil change. I would recommend this dealership for Service and Sales.
