Chris at Kingdom Automotive is honest, thorough, very knowledgeable with his job and he helped us with every step of the way in finding my teenager’s first car. Not only he was honest and upfront with all the history of the car by providing carfax, he also pointed out the front tires were old which wasn’t something mentioned in the carfax . He even offered to replace them before we would make the purchase. When we made the decision a couple of days later, he personally delivered the car to our home and completed all the necessary paperwork for us to transfer the title and to register the car. All we had to do was to sign some papers and gave him the check. When my teenager got the car key in hands, that moment was so perfect and unforgettable! From the jump, they were easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions (which, let’s be honest, happens at a lot of shops). They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, and handled everything with care. I left feeling confident about the whole process, which is honestly half the battle. You can tell they run things with integrity and really care about the people they’re serving.
