I knew what car I wanted so I searched for ones near me and came across a really good deal at Brothers Automotive. I drove from Raleigh to look at a 2018 Mazda3 and it was exactly as they had it listed. The website had plenty of detailed close-up and zoomed out pictures, CarFax, and the window sticker with the features listed on it. When we got there, we looked at the car and test drove it, then talked with Kayle who was very friendly and had already been friendly up until then by keeping me up to date on the availability of the car until I was able to get to Aberdeen to look at it on my day off from work. He made the process very easy while I secured a loan with my bank and kept the car safe since it took a few days for that loan to be processed through the bank. I appreciated tremendously that he wasn’t trying to play any games like car dealerships often try to do to upsell cars. Seriously would recommend. Great experience, absolutely love my car!

Had one of the best car-buying experiences today at Brother's Automotive NC. Kayle was very professional, and I feel like I got a great vehicle for a really reasonable price. They were able to get me financed even with my credit which is in the rebuilding stage. Very pleased with how I was treated.
