I cannot say enough great things about the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Selma. This was, without a doubt, the most professional and BEST customer service experience I have ever received. After picking up my vehicle, a small issue came up. I called Mercedes-Benz of Selma, and instead of asking me to return, they brought a loaner vehicle directly to my location so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. They towed my car back to the dealership, took care of everything promptly, and the very next day, Paul delivered my car back to my home—fully detailed and with a full tank of gas.
