2020 RAM 1500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

This was my first time to use the dealers mobile oil change/tire rotation service. I was surprised when they told me it was the same price as it would be if I took my vehicle in and waited. I chose the convenience of having them come to me and I am beyond pleased with my decision. The price was fair, the service was excellent. Joshua and the other technician were true professionals. I will be using this service each time I get my oil changed in the future, I could not be more pleased with the service. I would like to eventually get to use my garage door opener that is built on to the Bronco, they tried to help this but had no luck. For the services promised I don’t think 5 stars is high enough and will recommend this to anyone that needs to have their vehicle serviced. Great job guys!!!

I've dealt with a few Ford dealers over the last six months trying to get the recalls fixed on my Ford Explorer. My experience with Waxahachie Ford was better than any of the others. They were fast and very easy to work with. Every person I dealt with was very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Casey Gonzalez and Josh Nunnery are absolutely AMAZING! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Casey made the entire process seamless. I pulled up and my new car was waiting for me to test drive while they appraised my vehicle that I was trading in. The wait time between each process was minimal.
