2019 RAM 1500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

On Monday, May 20th, I took my mother’s Jeep Cherokee to another dealership for a recall on the lift gate module. The lift gate on her jeep has never given us trouble so we only took it in due to the recall. The other dealership replaced the part and the lift gate no longer worked. They wanted to charge us $100 to diagnose the problem. I felt this was wrong since it had worked before we took it in, but they refused to fix it. I called Breeden the next day and spoke with Sebastian in the service department. Sebastian was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was kind and caring and patiently listened to my entire story after which we scheduled an appointment for this morning, May 23rd. After the diagnostic test was done, it showed that the ground wire had not been connected properly by the other dealership. Sebastian noted all of this on our report/receipt. Thanks to Sebastian, my mother’s Jeep is fixed and we are being reimbursed for our trouble by the other dealership. If I could give him 100 STARS instead of just 10, I certainly would! Thank you Sebastian!
