2024 RAM 1500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the team at Chronic GMC because they’ve really earned it. We first bought a new car from them way back in 2017, and the experience was fantastic even then. Now, I just bought another new car from them, and I’ve got to say they haven’t lost their touch one bit. Brad, the salesperson who helped me this time around, was absolutely awesome. He answered every single one of my texts super quickly and picked up all my calls without any fuss. Honestly, it just felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. If you’re looking for a place that treats you right and makes the whole car-buying process easy, I can’t recommend them enough. And don’t forget to ask for Brad when you get there! Five stars all the way!

I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service I received. Carol, in particular, was an exceptional ambassador for the company. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail set the tone for the entire visit. I was amazed that before I had even fully stepped out of my car, a service team member was already there to greet me and guide me through the check?in process. The efficiency and courtesy of the entire team made the experience truly remarkable. I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the service I received — every interaction was exceptional. My only minor disappointment is that other dealerships I’ve visited have included a complimentary car wash and interior vacuum. Perhaps Cronic Chevrolet could consider adding such a service in the future.

Awesome!!!!!! If you have an EV, Cronic Chevrolet Griffin is where you want to go if you are looking to great get services, the first time. I will say, it took a few days longer than planned however when I got my HummeeEV back it was operating fine, unlike the service I received from supposedly another local EV certified service. Let l me talk about Amanda in the service dept, although it was all over my head, she attempted to explain what was going on with my EV. She also explained and apologized for it taking a little longer than anticipated. Again, thank Cronic Chevrolet GMC at Griffin!!!
