2023 RAM 1500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

We had an issue where our (new) car needed new keys because my wife lost her purse on a flight. Thanks to their triton protect warranty, we got 2 new sets of keys and Ford even towed our car to the dealer for free. All around, they helped make the best of our awful situation. They’ve definitely earned future business from us.

They were very responsive and provided me a loaner while they fixed my car since it took more than one day. They kept me updated throughout the process.

I’m very happy to have found capital Ford. My car is a 2018 Raptor, and it had many fault codes. The rear taillight, tailgate, and tire sensor were damaged. Will Moyer assisted me and was very professional and polite. He patiently explained each issue in detail, including how long the repairs would take. He was very friendly and professional. I also want to thank the repair team behind Will Moyer—they are truly experts. I give them 10 stars and highly recommend this place!! My sleep has even improved now that my car is fixed.
