I have purchased many vehicles in my life and most of my experiences have been pretty good. I mean it's not like going to the dentist where you are just dreading every second of the whole experience, you are getting a new (or new to you) car! With that let me say that the experience I had at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park was by far the best and most smooth transaction that I have ever experienced in my 55 years! It was easy to see that this team has been together for some time and worked together as if they were a well-oiled machine. of course, the most satisfying part of this experience was the huge smile on my wife's face over her X3 but the second most was hands down watching this team work together so efficiently and so smoothly to make this happen.
