2019 RAM 1500 Limited 4WD Crew Cab 5'7

Hands down recommend Blake Paxton! He knew exactly what I wanted and found a way to come through with the most limited inventory out there to date! He answered questions after hours and made time for me never making me feel rushed :) We love our new vehicle and also felt like we got a completely fair trade value for the vehicle we traded! These guys really took excellent care of us! I can't say enough about them. What a wonderful team of amazing people. We were in the middle of a cross country road trip with four young kids when our van broke down on I-90. The tow truck driver recommended we get towed to the Capital City Toyota dealership in Pierre. Since we broke down on Saturday night, we were basically stranded until they opened on Monday morning. I went to Capital City first thing Monday morning and asked them to please squeeze us in. They were semi friendly but couldn't help. Out of desperation, I called the dealership next door, which was Wegner. Keith, in the service department, was awesome and even though they were booked out, just like Toyota, he said he'd help us. Within 15 minutes he was over at Toyota towing our van back to his shop. Unfortunately, it was unrepairable. So I went over to the sales department and they did an excellent job matching us up with a vehicle that would fit out entire family and get us going on our trip. And all without breaking the bank too. The SUV we wanted drove great but the AC wasn't working Wegner gave me the option of them fixing it for free the next day or giving me $600 off the vehicle. We were in a hurry and had to take the discount. The SUV we bought drove great for the next 2500 miles. As we finished our road trip we were driving back through Pierre and finalizing some things. A half a mile from the dealership, our wheel started making a horrible sound. I immediately ran it back to Wegner for a look. By now it was around 5 pm and we still had a 7-8 hour drive ahead of us. The guys in the service department came to our rescue again. They got it on the rack immediately and found it had a bad hub assembly. They rush ordered the parts and had the whole thing repaired in about an hour. And of course they did it all at no cost because we had purchased the vehicle 7 days earlier. I thought for sure we'd be getting a hotel and sitting another night in Pierre. But they worked so hard to take care of us and get us on the road. I can't thank them enough. Our new vehicle ran great the rest of the trip and we made it home at about 2 am. For being stuck in an unfamiliar town in South Dakota, we couldn't have gotten any luckier than being right next door to Wegner. I can see why they've been in business for so long. Great, great group of people there. Every single person we came in contact with was so helpful along the way and we are so thankful for everything they did for us in our moment of distress. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had a flat time last night and not only were they the only one's AAA could get to come help, but they were awesome too! There's no physical way I could have done it by myself despite knowing how to do it. He brought extra tools so it went as smoothly as possible and he had me on the road in no time. EXTREMELY grateful for the kind and exceptional service, especially when no one else would come help! Highly recommend! THANK YOU!
