2019 RAM 1500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

I was on a road trip from Seattle to Dallas when one of my wheels got damaged on a pothole. My car tire couldn't hold air anymore based on how the wheel was bent, so my car was not drivable until repaired. When I explained the situation to the people at this dealership they were very understanding. They got the wheel ordered in two days, and called me the same morning to get me in immediately so I wouldn't have to keep accruing more hotel costs waiting for an appointment.

Had a wonderful experience with Chris! wonderful salesman who went above and beyond for me when I was looking for a good reliable vehicle. He was honest reliable and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied! I would highly recommend him for a vehicle purchase he is grat at whst he does!

Kevin was my service representative, he was very good. Explained what they were going to do, and where I could stay, or get a ride to the mall while my vehicle is being. He explained how long it would take, but it was less time than I added up. THANK YOU
