In the first issue, the sales manager handled the problem after we had to turn around & make it back to the dealership after thinking it was fixed but barely was able to drive it right back. Sales manager came to our rescue due to the fact it was after 5:30 PM. SPECIAL THANKS TO HIM FOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND. ???????????? Second go round, Justin in the Service department on this last issue handled the issues with speed and expertise. Can’t thank him enough too! ????????????
My experience began before ever getting to the dealership. Your website is easy to navigate and has all the info a buyer needs. After arriving at the dealership, we were promptly met by Larry Forshey while looking at a couple of different trucks. Larry introduced himself to both myself and my son, who wanted to learn about the experience of buying a vehicle. Larry began telling me about the vehicle that I was looking at while explaining the different trims of the vehicle I was interested in. He asked me about what was important to me in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I then took a test drive and Larry met me as I pulled back into the lot. We discussed the drive, he showed me all the features of the vehicle and answered even more questions. The next step is probably the one that people dislike the most, but working out a deal on the vehicle was a great experience. We focused on the price of the vehicle with no pressure regarding trade-ins, financing, or trying to be at a certain monthly payment. Working with the manager and a little back and forth we were quickly able to make a deal. Every person we had contact with was extremely nice and professional. We were the last ones in the dealership and I am sure that they were ready to close up shop for the day, but were treated like we were there during the middle of the day and that our experience was important to them! I bought the first vehicle I ever owned from Larry Puckett in 1996 and have bought several other vehicles from him over the years. He happened to be at the dealership and came over to introduce himself. He was very thankful after hearing my experiences with his dealership over the years! Treat people right and they come back! Thank you for showing my son how he should be treated when he buys his first vehicle!
Loved it! I appreciate being informed on what was being done and the cost beforehand. Very professional, I didn’t have an issue getting in contact with anyone when I called back which was amazing and very reassuring.
