She was wonderful and undertand all my concerns about my Jeep. After that day I change dealerships and I have selected this dealer as my favorite since then. Every time I come here I feel welcome and well treated. Today I have to do a maintenance routine oil change and Grace took my case. Again she didn't disappoint me.
