2023 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4 5'7" Box

I purchased a used truck at the end of February 2024 from this dealership. 3 days later I noticed a growling noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. I returned to the dealership and explained my issues to my salesman Logan. He showed no effort in helping me and getting the problem solved (he never once followed up with me to see if I was taken care of). I asked if I could be put in a loaner vehicle while my truck was inspected, his response was “You’ll need to contact your insurance about that”. I found this very frustrating because I had just purchased this truck 3 days prior and now there was something mechanically wrong. I was set an apt for the following Monday, I dropped it off first thing in the AM. I received a call early afternoon from Steven the Internal Advisor. He explained to me that the truck needed a new front differential. I explained the situation to him and he was more than helpful and willing to get me loaner vehicle while the parts were ordered (3 weeks out). Once the front differential was installed and the vehicle was able to be test driven the technician, Matt noticed it also had an exhaust leak that needed to be fixed. By that time I had already returned the loaner vehicle. Steven informed me they would get the parts ordered for me and have it replaced at no cost. Steven then was able to pull some strings and get me into another loaner vehicle while they fixed the exhaust leak. Steven also was able to have me reimbursed for the amount of my first payment, since the truck was at the dealership for a good part of the first month. He really went above and beyond for me thru out this unfortunate experience. I want to thank the technician Matt who worked on my truck and didn’t take any short cuts. Finally thank you Steven for all your hard work and excellent customer service. I hope your management team knows how valuable you are to the team!!

Josh, Joe, & Andrew (I believe)... we're supposed to be closed but honored a prior person who cancelled and talk to us still. We walked out with a new 3500. Their dedication to customers today was above top notch and more than a supervisor (their boss) could ask for on Christmas Eve. Y'all are awesome. Thank you so much!
