Bought a car there last Friday. The sales rep, Samantha, was great to work with! Gave me information I needed, answered my questions about the car, went with me on a test drive -- great attitude, easy to work with, extremely helpful! Casey did a wonderful job of working with me to pick out options for extended coverage as we were going through the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their shop put the requested coatings on the car while I waited. When it was time to drive home, Samantha sat with me in the car and walked me through the set up, workings, and preferences so I could enjoy the new car rather than fumbling through trying to figure out how to make it work. All told Kocourek Honda was a great experience and I got the car I wanted. This was a no pressure experience. Based on this, I'd be glad to deal with them again.
