From the interactions on the phone with Izayah to the cheerful ladies up front, we were impressed! We've also never owned a GMC before (always owned a Ford until now) but if owning a GMC would mean receiving the level of customer service like we've experienced so far, we'll never go back to Ford! But the person who really impressed us the most was Joshua Raimy! From the moment he introduced himself, we knew we were in good hands. Unlike the typical salesman that we all dread to work with, Josh was very professional, so easy to work with and genuinely very kind and it is clear that Josh is an invaluable member to the Rick Hendrick Team!
