2021 RAM 1500 TRX 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

On 12/30/23 I went into the Land Rover showroom looking for help. I was met by Carlos Dague who couldn’t have been more helpful. We had bought a Land Rover Defender 130 at another dealership and the remote start feature had been set up under another persons name. Knowing he wasn’t going to get a sale today, Carlos didn’t care. He was AWESOME and quickly told me what I needed to get him to get it all set up. We did that, and about 20 minutes later after I left Carlos called me and walked me through the steps to get it set up. I was impressed with his professionalism and doing exactly what he said he was going to do! I’ll be back for service and when someone ask me where I’d buy my new Land Rover I’d say from Carlos at MAG. Thank you

I'm not a big fan of the vehicle buying experience. However, Simon understood my time constraints and helped put everything together very quickly and professionally. He and Mo helped finalize everything when I had an issue with the finance manager. I love my 2024 Defender 130 and the experience afforded to me during the buying process and follow-ups after the purchase.

I had an opportunity to work with Simon at Range Rover - who is hands down one of the best associates I’ve had the privilege of working with. This is the SECOND car that I buy through him because he’s SO good at making the process efficient (which I appreciate) and fun. He took the time to explain the features of the cars and made it SO special when I picked them up…an unveiling (literally), balloons, and a GREAT job sitting in the car with me to set all the settings - which was very helpful (since it would have taken me twice as it took him, he knows his stuff). What a genuinely good guy who knows his stuff and MOST importantly….cares about his customers. Thank you Simon!!!
