2004 Dodge Caravan

Wow.. It's been a while since my last visit to this location. My previous visits were marked by a service manager that knew it all to the fault of talking too much and attempting to pressure me into repairs. It was such a turn off of him bragging about his 30 years in the business, etc etc however he didn't know I maintained excellent vehicle records. Enough about the old.. My experience this time was with a pleasant gentleman with no pressure and no fast talking. Just got my service done and handed me my keys and done. While waiting I sat in the dealership's modern customer lounge layout which was awesome with TV's throughout the show room with customer work station, lounge chairs with refreshments available for free. Great no pressure discussions with salesmen about possible deals. I had seriously considered driving to the next county for my service after the previous visits however you changed my mind. Looking forward to this type of service!

Kyle, our go-to salesman is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with our wants and needs. Vargas helped my son purchase a car. Chuck, the service manager, is great. He helped us with excellent quality service, getting us a rental while work was being done to our car. Great place to buy a car.

Anthony, in the service dept was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure that i was comfortable with the service of my vehicle. I definitely left with no worries that my car was well taken care of. Lokey Kia is definitely my go to for car service. Thanks Kia ????????????????????????
