I had the pleasure of doing business here today and let me just say that I was very satisfied. Eric was very polite and professional but he absolutely was not a typical used car salesman. There was no sales pitch, no pushy gimmicks…just a very laid back, straight forward experience. I found a fantastic car at an unbeatable price. Just to add to comments. Eric Definity not your typical owner/salesman. He will go over entire Carfax right there with you. Had a window motor go and they fixed it before I drove off the lot. I went to EVERY used car dealer in Lenoir and this is the only place I would recommend. They have something for every level of buyer. Thanks
I would like to take the time to review Foothills Auto Mart. This is NOT your ordinary run of the mill, sleazy, dirty, dishonest used car lot. Eric and his team are so far and above professional that it is crazy. Eric was very courteous over the phone and by text before we made the TWO-HOUR drive to come look at a vehicle. We made an appointment with Foothills Auto Mart for 9am on Monday Memorial Day. As we arrived our car was parked up front, backed in and very clean. After a brief introduction, my wife and I were in the vehicle and off on a test drive. We returned knowing we had found our car. Eric did not try to play any games with us with the price or the car. He was very upfront about anything and not pushy or pressuring in any way. Gave us a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade. By 10am we were done and are the proud owners of a 2011 Mercedes Benz ML350 well it is for my wife as an anniversary present. It is my honor to give my highest recommendation to Foothills Auto Mart.
