2004 Dodge Durango

After being told my credit wasn’t good enough and that I didn’t have enough income, (at a buy here, pay here no less) my friend convinced me to go to Lariche and talk to Brittany Jackson. I was skeptical and thought there was no way but I reluctantly went anyway. Within 10 minutes, I was in tears because Brittany had come back and said “ Great news! We got you a car!” Brittany started to tear up and hugged me. While sitting there waiting for the Finance department to come over to get me to do my paperwork, Brittany just sat there and talked with me and made me feel like I mattered, after feeling beat down. She went above and beyond and is by far one of the best customer services experience I have ever had. Not only will I continue to go to Lariche to get my vehicles but I will continue to go through Brittany only.

If I could give 100 stars I would give them that! Brittany help me and my family by getting us into a much better reliable car. At first I had no hope because of my credit but she made sure to try her best and got me into something me and my family liked. She always stayed in touch and never had me waiting for an answer that I had. Brittany is the one to go to if your family needs something better and that’s going to last you years. Me and my family are soooo grateful and don’t have to worry about our car breaking down. Thank you Brittany!

While I got to wait with some great coffee, your team sent me a video of the review underneath my car. Everything was checked. My tires, braked and pads etc. I was very impressed. Plus I figure I saved at least $50 by coming to the dealership. I will be back again. Thank you for a job well done!
