2003 Dodge Durango SLT 4X4

I can't thank Danny enough for all the great advice and customer service he gives. I love that he is immediately upfront and honest about whether he thinks a car you're looking at is a good investment. I came in asking to look at reliable vehicles under $4000 for everyday work commutes and let him know I'm in a pretty tight financial spot. I mentioned a specific car I saw on their website, and he immediately let me know that one was not a good choice for me and why, as it would likely have costly issues that I wouldn't be able to afford to take on. Other dealers have made me feel like they're mostly trying to get a sale, then to heck with what happens to me after I leave the lot—that is NOT Danny. He talks to you like you're a friend or member of the family no matter how busy he is, and truly cares about your situation and whether the vehicle you choose fits you. He showed me several cars that he believed would give me the best for my money. All cars were within a comfortable price range for me, and I felt zero pressure to buy that day or break my bank, but I ended up choosing and financing a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Danny was incredibly busy that day with several customers in line waiting for him, but he took care of all of us asap and made the purchasing process and paperwork totally painless. Will update in a few months to let everyone know how my new ride holds up, but so far I'm nearly a week in and I love it! Thank you to American Dream Motors and Danny for helping me get back on the road again. I definitely will let all my friends and family know to check your place out when they need a car!

Father and son run the business themselves so weekend sales are by appointment only. I saw a listing on a used car website and was able to make an appointment the same day. I've been so jaded by car buying that when I saw their reviews I thought there had to be some bot/paid review nonsense going on but the car listing seemed worth taking a look. My shopping experience reminded me of when I visited Texas and had gas station tacos for the first time. I felt like I was in the wrong place but when I got my food and paid for it I felt like I was cheating somehow. My friends who came with me were so impressed with the experience that while the paperwork was getting done for my car they looked around at the inventory to see if there was anything that caught their eye and they're not even in the market for a car. They offer free car faxes for all their cars and are transparent about pricing. They fully serviced the vehicle, changed the spark plugs, checked the coils, and added new breaks with one of their three partner mechanics. I was told that if there were any issues with the car in the next few weeks I could bring it back and they would have their mechanics look at it for free. After speaking with the father who runs the sales side, I understand that with his background they know exactly what their cars are worth and his priority is to be a trusted business within the community rather than squeeze out a few more dollars from people whose budgets are under 5k or 10k. As with any used car shopping, know exactly what you need, what you are comfortable spending, and DO YOUR RESEARCH. They don't have a huge selection but if you call ahead they are happy to let you know if something that matches what you're looking for.
